2021-22 Joint theme of work: Trees

Trees in Palestine have various cultural, economic, political and environmental resonance and significance, not least the olive tree and orange tree. This year, for the first time, we are piloting a joint theme of work across the Britain Palestine Friendship and Twinning Network, where groups have the option to work together on shared activities - and the first theme for this work is trees.

We are keeping update this page as campaigns and activities develop further - you can read more about this work here.

Members of the network joined our cross network learning and sharing event on October 5th to find ideas, be inspired and share experience on all things trees. Find out more here. Members can also use this image to help publicise their activities on this theme.

We have developed a resource explaining different ways that groups can help get trees planted in Palestine. You will that here.
